Security Deposit
Security Deposit is equal to current market rate with approved credit.
Pet Policy
We allow indoor cats only for an additional charge of $35 per month for one or $60 per month for two (max), along with a one-time $350 non-refundable pet fee. Pet policy is not negotiable.
Occupant Requirement
Anyone 18 years old and older who will be residing in the apartment must submit an application and qualify individually.
